This Thorne Electric P-820A Hard Floor & Carpet Cleaning Machine from Koblenz scrubs and polishes hard floors including hardwood floors and also shampoos carpets. Uses the same type of rotating brushes and pads used by commercial floor machines. Replacement brushes sold separately: Shampoo Brush model # 4501367, Scrubbing Brush model # 4501342, Polishing Brush model # 4501359.
You may return a defective products up to 30 days after received it.

Partial returns will not be accepted and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All returned items must be marked with an RMA# in order to be refunded.
Items being shipped back to us will be shipped at the cost of the customer, with the exception of broken merchandise and warehouse error. All returns are for refund only. Replacement orders must be ordered again as a new order.
